We are Corporate Signatures, Inc. a small company in the seaport village of Wickford, Rhode Island.

4. How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Most merchandise is custom produced and requires 2-3 weeks production time. UPS Ground shipping within the continental U.S. generally adds up to a week this time.

5. How much is shipping and handling?
For USA addresses, shipping and handling costs $4.00 for the first item, with each additional item $1.00.

6. How do I return something?
If you are not satisfied for any reason within the first 30 days, you may return your order for a prompt refund or exchange. To expedite the return, we ask that you include your return merchandise authorization (RMA) number on the return envelope. Yes. You must have an e-mail address for communication of international shipping and handling costs and for confirmation of your order.
